CONDITIONS
Should
the prevailing weather conditions be unfavourable and unsafe
to launch from Kleinbaai or Simonstown, in2theblu reserves
the right to cancel/postpone trips on said day. Fees
are fully refundable in this instance.
Transport
shuttles can be arranged at an extra fee. Please phone
the contact numbers below in order to book for your transport
requirements.
Please
see attached waiver
of liability which is to be signed prior to your departure
from Kleinbaai Harbour.
Before
embarking on our "White Shark" vessel, every client
will be obliged to fill in and sign a waiver
of liability form. This is solely for administrative purposes.
You may print a copy of the form here.
Once you have filled in and signed the form, please be kind
enough to fax the document to the fax number on the form.
In
the unlikely event that you should not see any GREAT WHITE
SHARKS whilst on your excursion, 60% of your fee will
be refunded to you or alternately we will offer another day
trip, subject to availability. Please always bear in
mind that GREAT WHITES are indeed unpredictable creatures
and we can therefore not guarantee sightings at all times
although we have a success rate of 99% during the high season
from May through September/October.
